We own no last mile network and invest in only key core infrastructure, known as the Azzurri Fabric. You might think that this is a strange advertisement for a service provider; but we’ve proved that it makes us uniquely capable.
Take an Azzurri network and we’ll deliver you the best of what the world’s carriers have to offer, but we won’t lock you in to any carrier’s footprint or technology. Instead, we will integrate the best service providers for you regionally, nationally and globally. Then, throughout the term of your contract, we’ll challenge you whenever we can see a way to do things better. We might change the carriers, or we might evolve the services and the underlying technology thereby reducing costs or improving service - or both.
Established relationships.
We have well established relationships with over 120 carriers and service providers worldwide and we utilise these to deliver the best choices for each unique customer requirement; basing our customers’ services on the specific requirements of their businesses, not on predefined carrier products.
Underlying these service concepts, we can make use of our deep expertise in many technologies. It may be that we need to deliver end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) across multiple carriers or we could be integrating legacy technologies such as Frame Relay or ATM with a Class-of-Service-enabled MPLS or WAN Ethernet service.
But that’s only half the story.
The technology and the network are vital, but with over 80% of our staff in customer service and engineering roles, we excel at support and management services. We’ve won and retained customers because we bill on time and accurately, and because we continue to demonstrate a transparent business partnership; sharing savings rather than keeping them; adapting the network through continuous and insightful dialogue instead of sticking to rigid annual review arrangements.
Our technical skill and support ethos also means that we put our money where our mouth is. We recognise that, increasingly, customers don’t just want the usual guarantees on core network performance. Ultimately it’s the applications that matter, not the delivery mechanisms, so we’ll work with you to understand what’s flowing across your WAN and then deliver you a service that can provide hard guarantees, end-to-end, for your critical applications.
